- Earnest Money Deposit at 5-10% of Offer Price
- Include a Pass/Fail Inspection clause
- Close on the Seller’s timeline
You should always remember, an accepted offer, is an agreement between two parties. Make sure you work hard to understand what would help the other party, and if it works for you, get the deal done. That is how I have closed more than 75 deals to date in my first three years.
